We are thrilled to introduce Taylor Maddox, MS, RMHCI, who joins us as a Primary Therapist and Substance Use Counselor at GreenLifeIOP.
Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, diligently working towards her licensure to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.
Taylor has experience with dual-diagnosis programs, providing comprehensive care for individuals dealing with both mental health and substance use disorders, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
In her practice, Taylor employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She is particularly enthusiastic about creating individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client. Taylor’s primary goal is to enhance each client’s daily functioning, foster a safe and positive therapeutic alliance, and improve quality of life through personalized care. Taylor is passionate about mental health and substance use advocacy.
